Andrea trained as an architect in Los Andes University (Bogota) and practised in Colombia, Costa Rica and Curacao in new dwelling design and refurbishment projects. She has also worked as a design consultant for Shell Colombia S.A and Bosch Colombia S. A. Andrea’s main interest are in the reuse of buildings and sustainable architecture; she specialized in the architecture of regeneration at Oxford Brookes University. At Granta Architects she is involved in the design process, working on conservation projects and new developments.
